A leadership position is a very critical and crucial position that must be handled by the holder with optimum attention towards creating innovative future for their subjects.

A leader must understand that innovation is not a luxury reserved for prosperous times; it is a necessity for survival.

In a rapidly changing world, systems, organizations, and nations that fail to innovate risk becoming irrelevant, regardless of past achievements. It suffices to assert that innovation is non-negotiable.
