Dangote Refinery reacts to PENGASSAN's Directive to halt Crude supply

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has swiftly responded to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) on its directive to halt crude oil and gas supplies, among others, to the refinery.

The refinery argued that no law empowers the union to cut off crude oil and gas supplies, hence warned that such action amounts to economic sabotage against the country at large.

It could be recalled that a few days ago, the refinery dismissed all the indigenous workers in the oil firm over union dispute and fear of sabotage; an action that was later confirmed by the ccompany's management.
